Terms of use

Ziggy Games is free to play. There's nothing to buy and no account to make. These are the few terms that come with it.

Playing

Ziggy Games is a set of free games you play in a web browser, for kids and grown-ups alike. By playing you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

The games save their settings and best scores in your own browser, as the privacy page explains.

The Ziggy Golf scoreboard

At the end of a round of Ziggy Golf you can put your score on a public scoreboard under a name. Use a first name or a nickname, never a full name, and nothing rude or hurtful. A word filter turns away names it knows are rude, but it can't catch everything, so we may take any name or score off the board, and we may clear a board when a course changes.

Please play fair. Scores that couldn't happen in the game, or that flood the board, get removed.

As is

We work to keep the games fun, fair and right for kids. Even so, Ziggy Games is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We can't promise the site will always be available or free of mistakes. As far as the law allows, Miles Media is not responsible for any loss that comes from using it.

Who owns what

Miles Media owns the site, its games, the characters (Ziggy, Zoe and Pam), the logo, and the art, music and sound made for it. You're welcome to play and to share links to any game. Please don't copy the games, art or sound to use somewhere else. Some games draw on public map data, credited in each game.

Changes and governing law

We may change the games or these terms from time to time. When the terms change, the date below changes too. These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
